Somatic Breathwork
Conscious, guided breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, sleep, clarity and stress reduction.
Three Rivers Wellbeing Centre offers nature-led wellbeing experiences on the Isle of Wight, supporting mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through grounded, body-based practices.
Rooted in connection, breath and the natural environment, Three Rivers Wellbeing provides practical support for people navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm and disconnection.
The work focuses on experiencing wellbeing through the body, not just talking about it. By working gently with the nervous system, breath and environment, sessions are designed to help people regulate, release tension and feel safer within themselves.
Sessions are accessible, inclusive and free from pressure or expectation. Everything is offered with respect for individual boundaries and personal pace.

Three Rivers is especially focused on men’s mental health, emotional regulation, nervous system balance and reconnection with self through safe, practical, body-based work.
This work does not replace medical or clinical support, but can sit alongside it as a set of practical wellbeing tools people can use in everyday life.
Three Rivers Wellbeing was founded by Dan Anderson, who also founded the Three Rivers Festival. The wellbeing side shares the same values: connection, authenticity, inclusivity and respect for individual journeys.
While Three Rivers Festival brings people together through music, creativity and community, the wellbeing centre exists to support deeper personal journeys throughout the year.
