Pause. Breathe. Reconnect.

Three Rivers Wellbeing Centre offers nature-led wellbeing experiences on the Isle of Wight, supporting mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through grounded, body-based practices.

The Wellbeing Centre

A safe, supportive space to slow down and restore balance.

Rooted in connection, breath and the natural environment, Three Rivers Wellbeing provides practical support for people navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm and disconnection.

Nature-led, practical and grounded

The work focuses on experiencing wellbeing through the body, not just talking about it. By working gently with the nervous system, breath and environment, sessions are designed to help people regulate, release tension and feel safer within themselves.

What we offer

Grounded wellbeing practices for real life.

Sessions are accessible, inclusive and free from pressure or expectation. Everything is offered with respect for individual boundaries and personal pace.

Somatic Breathwork

Conscious, guided breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, sleep, clarity and stress reduction.

💧

Cold Water Therapy

Guided cold exposure used gradually and safely to support resilience, emotional regulation, focus, confidence and stress management.

🌲

Grounding in Nature

Nature-based practices such as walking, outdoor breath awareness, quiet reflection and barefoot grounding to calm the nervous system.

Inner Child Healing

Gentle reflective work supporting reconnection with parts of ourselves shaped by early experiences, self-criticism or emotional shutdown.

Drumming Circles

Rhythm-based group practices that encourage emotional release, grounding and shared connection without pressure to perform or speak.

One-to-One & Group Work
